Grand Metropark Hotel Hangzhou - 6 minutes walk to the West Lake

The hotel is located near the West Lake where it is easy accessible to the busy areas and night life. The breakfast offered both Western and Chinese options. The staff were polite and professional. Well recommended.

The staff are very helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is very good with sufficient varieties of Chinese and western food.

Great location , great breakfast , good service , changed our rooms immediately when I said I didn’t like the view of the back of the hotel. They arranged street view on higher levels .

The staff was experience, especially Manager Mark. We checked in very late at night, and his experience helps us with our room together and upgraded. Another is the concierge manager 邓宇 who helps to us to get a premier taxi with his own hp.

I have stayed here a couple of times. It is excellent value for money with comfortable, quiet rooms at a good price. Staffe are friendly and the location is 10 mina from the west lake and longxiaqi station.
